What are your hours?

We are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed before 3 p.m. are shipped the same day via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Should you require expedited shipping or prefer another carrier, please contact our Customer Service Team.

How do you calculate shipping cost?

We bill all shipping at-cost and do not charge handling fees.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please contact us for rates and delivery times.

What is your warranty policy?

All of our new and refurbished equipment is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any defective equipment, other than those damaged by customer abuse (e.g. dropped terminal) or acts of God.

How do I make a return?

We will provide you with a return shipping label and a Return Authorization Number upon request. Please contact our Customer Service Team regarding any issues or concerns with your equipment.

Will you repair out-of-warranty and third-party equipment?

Yes. We offer competitive rates to repair equipment no longer under warranty, as well as equipment purchased from other vendors.
