All of our new and refurbished equipment is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any defective equipment, other than those damaged by customer abuse (e.g. dropped terminal) or acts of God.

Yes. We offer competitive rates to repair equipment no longer under warranty, as well as equipment purchased from other vendors.
