Kecia Gray joined POS Global Concepts in January 2020 as Operations Manager. Drawing from her many years of working in IT, transportation, logistics, and project development, Kecia is poised to rise to the challenges of her new position. POS Global Concepts’ team environment enables Kecia to be proactive, innovative, and strategic in her approach to operations management. When she’s not streamlining processes at work, Kecia enjoys getting her hands dirty in the garden, relaxing while sewing, or spending time with her family.
Joe Hardin joined POS Global Concepts in October 2019. He has an extensive background in business development, specifically in establishing and nurturing strong strategic partnerships. Joe has an affinity for building new relationships, while supporting and deepening relationships with existing accounts. He coordinates with the operations team to ensure customers know what to expect by when. Joe is a committed family man with a wife, son, and daughter…and one more daughter on the way! He enjoys playing the drums and teaching music. He is an avid reader who loves a savory cup of “Joe,” often sneaking in a fresh brew from Starbucks.
David Callahan joined POS Global Concepts in October 2019 as an IT Technician. Prior to joining our team, David was a successful small business owner. His business brought virtual reality gaming to Memphis. While David truly enjoyed being a small business owner, he made the decision to sell his company and join ours! He brings a wealth of experience repairing IT hardware, specifically large volume, commercial printers. David understands the value of hard work and takes pride in everything he does at POSGC. When he’s not repairing and refurbishing credit card processing equipment, David enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
