Meet Our New Director of Operations!

Paul Benoit, our new director of operations, loves to get things done. “I love to execute,” he explains. “I love to find a clear pathway to achieve a goal and align the team around that goal, and then help them achieve it.” Paul, who started with us in January, is a proven leader. His previous work experience includes three years as the director of operations for a repair and warehouse team, and five years leading on-site repair technicians across multiple divisions and locations.

A graduate of the University of New Orleans, Paul will manage and mentor our technical and operations teams. Ultimately, he is responsible for ensuring that our customers and partners have an exceptional experience. “That focus on customer service is one of the things that attracted me to POSGC,” he explains. “I also really like the family culture created by the team that calls POSGC their second home.”

When he’s not at work, Paul builds and refinishes furniture and brews his own beer. And starting this new role at POSGC isn’t the only big thing happening in Paul’s life: he’s getting married in February. We’re thrilled to have him on our team.
